mfc42.dll error - FrontPage 2000

[Jonathan Crawford-Phillips]

When I try to edit an image size via Picture Properties, I get the following
error message:

FRONTPG caused an invalid page fault in module MFC42.DLL at 0167:6c371351.

I have tried replacing the dll file with another copy but no help. This
problem has only recently arisen but I can't track back to identify what
software/system changes made in the meantime might have caused the problem.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Many thanks.

currently appear to address my particular problem but I will keep looking.

Since your error occurs w/ picture resizing also try checking your video card drivers and directX for the latest versions
