I was on my in-laws new computer; tried to sign in through
..net passport to check my emails and accidently signed up
windows messenger through my email. Now when they turn
on the computer, they're in my email account through
messenger. HELP!!! How can I take of my email as the
sign in for messenger?

Greetings Sue,

Just tell them to do the following (or you can do it yourself if you still have access to the
PC) -- click the Start Button, then click the Control Panel. Then, click User Accounts in
the Control Panel. Select the current Windows XP account name, and then on the left side of
the screen, under Related Tasks, click 'Manage my Network Passwords'. In the window that
opens, click the Passport.Net\* (Passport) entry and click 'Remove'.

Thank you Jonathan. I knew if I kept scrolling through the messages in this
forum, I would find your answer to someone's query. This answer solved my
problem of deleting a Passport account that wasn't removed by Microsoft.
