Hi,

Since upgrading to SP2 messenger keeps popping up in the system tray
whenever I use outlook express.

It's not ticked in options in OE, so I cant see where to make sure it's
turned off.

I have also opened it up from system tray and said go away.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for this. But I cant see the "preferences" tab under options.

The first two under the "general" tab are

Notify me of new news groups
