messenger video call problem

when i use video call, other people can see me, but i cant see them on
messenger, its just loading with picture, and nothing... os is vista

Look your settings for camera. Go trough Audio and Video Tuning
wizard. And u will find where is the problesm. Try the camera is it
working with the software which is from the manufacture.
