Messenger does not connect

After I used ICS audio aso where disabled. After I switched of ICS and used Billion BIPAC 480AE even with open ports and UPnP Audio is not working. After I reset the TCP with netsh at least I can now using Teamspeak, but still Messenger does not allow to connect Audio or application sharing

What else can I do?

I couldn't find any info on the 480AE, but are you sure it has UPnP support? The other
Billion products I looked at certainly didn't.
