Messenger 6.1

I recently installed messenger 6.1. Then 2 days later I
installed directx 9.0b. Since then MSN Messenger is not
working neihter is AIM or Yahoo messenger. How do I fix
this problem without removing directx 9.0b. If there is
no other way, Under which listing will I be able to remove
it from "Add & Remove Program". Please Help!!!!

Do you receive any error messages? It's hard to help with just the info of
it doesnt work. Also you might try posting more info in the messenger
newsgroup.

With your anti-virus application disabled the entire time, Uninstall then
Reinstall MSN Messenger 6.1.

Don't confuse *MSN* Messenger 6.1 with *Windows* Messenger 4.7. They are
separate, if somewhat-related, applications. (The latter is no longer
supported, BTW.)
