messed up formatting

Greetings

I have put a presentation together in WinXP and have copied and pasted
some slides from a colleagues presentation into mine. While i'm working
on these pasted slides I change the font size, bold etc, put bullets in
to match my own slides and everything seems fine. It even seems to save
ok.

I emailed the presentation to another colleague and checking the
attachment i saw to my horror that all the formatting was messed up - i
think only on these pasted slides. The font size was all wrong, the
bullets were messed up etc.

Is this anything to do with 'masters' or can anyone suggest how this
has arisen and what i can do to fix it?

One possibility might be the font you used wasn't on the recipient's
computer. You are best to stick with Arial which is a common font. You could
also save it as a show rather than a presentation. Hope this helps.
