Messages with attachments error

I am using Outlook Express 6 and my computer has developed a problem.

When I send an email without an attachment. Everything is fine.

But when I send an email with an attachments. It completes the snding
process and the delays an error stating the message has not been sent. The
email remain in the OutBox. However the message has actually been sent.

This means that it repeatedly sends the same message. You also cannot save a
copy of the message. Only delete it.
