Messages that are Sent Frequently

Is there a way to save a draft of an email message that will be sent two or
three times a week? I create an email that contains a lot of info and a lot
of recipients. I save it to the drafts folder, but then when I send it, it
goes to sent items (naturally). I would like for it to stay in the drafts
folder (or any folder for that matter) so that next week I can send the
exact same message to the exact same people. Any answers?
