Saving a template in Drafts to be sent multiple times

Hi !
I need to save a mail template (not HTML stationery) which
is a job application , with an attachment in the Drafts
folder and send to multiple addresses individually.
The problem is that once a draft is sent , it moves to the
Sent mail folder.
I want it (the draft) to stay in the Drafts folder even
after I have edited and sent the draft to one receipient.
Hope am able to explain what is required.
Any tips/suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I would like to do this also. Anyone know how. It does
not even have to be in the drafts folder. i could create
a new mail folder just for email templates that i will
send over and over agin to different customers.
