messages stuck in outlook

Can send my microsoft word document, trouble sharing photo's. Looks like
alot of the same problem. Pop up says no valid account, would you like to
use default account. Nothing happens. One of the links that was mentioned,
no longer exsists.
Please help
 
Your problem report is confusing.
Describe how you normally send mail successfully.

When it fails, what are the exact steps leading up to that?
 
Outlook is a completely different program to Windows Mail
If this is Outlook, a component of Office, post to an Outlook group, stating
your version of Office/Outlook and *exact* err msg
PS Theres no point mentioning a link if you do not include that link
