Messages 'stuck' in outbox. Cant delete, send or receive

Hi,
I had an email message in the outbox which was too large
and taking ages to send so I opened it and deleted some
attachments and clicked send again. Now I can't do
anything with outlook- I can't send or receive emails nor
can I delete any messages or move any messages to
different folders
Can anyone help me?!
