Messages reappearing in outlook drafts folder

Hello,

I have a client on Exchange 2000, Outlook 2002 who says that old
messages are reappearing in his drafts folder that have been sent out
in the past...Any ideas?

(here's the text of his complaint "My drafts folder keeps randomly
resurecting emails from the past and keeping them there. Then the next
time I load the program they're gone (or maybe it's after I
restart).")

Solved:

It was caused by an Outlook Webaccess peculiarity in Exchange 2000
(maybe a feature). When you view a message, then click reply, but
never send the reply (and instead go back to browsing your messages,
for example) you find that drafts are automatically created in the
drafts folder for that reply, even though you never told it to save as
draft, nor did you send the reply.
