This just started happening last week. The e-mail has a blue + beside it. The
e-mail program will not receive any messages with with subjects like the one
with the blue +. When you delete this message it says "messages on the
selected collapsed conversations will also be deleted.

Go to View menu - current view - and at the bottom of the list untick "group
messages by conversation".

The same problem is happening to me. I am losing so many e-mails. I have
tried to go to the View Menu and scroll down to current view but I do not
have a "current view" section on the View Menu. Cna you help?

If the same problem then simply click on the + to expand the message thread.

You appear to be using Windows Live Mail if you do not have view>current
view, you should therefore go to the View menu>and remove the check mark
from group by conversation.
