Messages do not move from the Outbox to the Sent items box.

I recently moved from using Windows XP to Windows Vista (and am regretting
doing so) and installed my copy of Office 2007. Since doing so I have had
problems with it and recently noticed that some messages appear not to have
been sent. I would log on to my web based provider and send the messages from
there to ensure that they were received. I decided to include myself in 1
message that hadn't moved to see what was happening and actually received
the message in my other account proving that they were being sent the first
time.
Is my copy of Office 2007 compatible with Vista or do I need an update to
ensure that it works? Has this happened to others and if so how can I resolve
it? I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

P.S. If this message occurs twice it is because I.E 7 crashed on me after I
pressed the "Post" button first time around.

Outlook 2007 is compatible with Vista, along with Outlook 2003. What
happens when you use the "Test" button in your account settings?
