messages dissapear from Inbox in Web Access Outlook

When usign Outlook via web access...once messages are read the dissapear.
They do show back up when logged in via the desktop Outlook .. this just
happens when using webmail. Any ideas.. is it a setting I'm missing.

I have a user with a similiar issue. We use SBS2K3 and Echange2K3 with all
of the Service Packs deployed.

User uses Client, and can see entire inbox, but if user uses OWA, can only
see last weeks worth of messages.

Is there a setting on the client causing this or a configuration in Exchange
or SBS? Interesting to note I have multiple OWA Users, who do not have this
issue on the same server.

Any who can offer a suggest please post back..
