Message pops up in Microsoft Outlook when I forward an email saying: "Word
has insufficient memory. You will not be able to undo this action once it
is completed. Do you want to continue?" What does this mean?

Could be generated due to lack of RAM, insufficient free disk space
(consecutive blocks) or both, although there are other possibilities.

Make sure you aren't running too many apps at one time & use the Windows
utilities for defragmenting your hard drive. Upgrading your system is
probably the most direct solution.

It means the Undo stack is full. Save and close the document, then reopen it
to start fresh.
