message without valid account

when I try to send an email i get this error message saying onee or more
messages in my out box do not have a valid account???
I don't understand what its asking for and it won't send the email.
 
I get the same message. I seem to receive messages fine but always get this
error message when I try to send. How do I set up a "valid" email account?
I'm not sure I entered the correct information in account set up. Where can
I get an answer?
 
Go to Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties and check all that stuff.
