Message unavailable only from MVP replies

It only seems to be happening to replies from MVP's

It only seems to be happening to replies from MVP's

The problem seems to be happening to people who read the news groups
using the web-based interface. They can't see messages posted by
people who use news reader programs (Agent, Outlook Express, Gravity,
etc).

All of the MVPs that I know use news reader programs. The web-based
interface isn't powerful enough to use for serious news group work.
