message tracking problem

Dear Fellows,
Outlook has message tracking option, but it is a global option i.e. it will
apply on all messages from all account. How is it possible to enable a
message tracking option (read or delivery mail receipt) for a individual
mail.

Click the Options button before you send the message and select that option
in the resulting dialog.
