Always my first choice but for a quick and dirty "Hi - my email has changed
from (e-mail address removed) to (e-mail address removed) please update your information" it is
faster.

After furious head scratching, Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook] asked:
| And then you can cut and paste all those addresses from the To box to
| the Bcc box.
|
| Sending them individual messages with a mail merge would be a better
| solution, though.

| || First, it will depend on your ISP's message limit. If you don't
|| have too many contacts, it should not be a problem.
||
|| Display your contacts in Phone List view. Select all, and then drag
|| and drop them on the Inbox Folder icon. You should get a new message
|| pre-addressed to all of your contacts.

|| After furious head scratching, seanpaul99 asked:
||
||| i have windows xp with sp2, i run office 2003. is it possible to
||| send a message to all of my contacts at the same time without
||| having to send them individually and without having to use the cc
||| box? i know i can use the bcc but i am not sure how to add all
||| contacts without having to type in each individual e-mail address.
||| kind regards.
