Message Stuck in Outbox - Outlook 2003

I have a an e-mail stuck in the outbox with a file
attached that is 19mb. It will not allow me to delete it.
Any suggestions.

Have you tried moving the email to another folder and then
deleting it? Try dragging the email to another folder.
