outlook 2003 outbox

i have a message in my outbox and i think it is just too big to send
--19mb--i sent it on the 1st of april and it seems stuck in my outbox-
i have tried to delete it and i have tried to move it to a folder with
no success. i would just like to get rid of it because it is making my
mail slow as a snail....any ideas how i can get rid of it???

Click File and check Work Offline. Stop Outlook. Wait a few minutes. Start
Outlook. Delete the message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.
