Message stuck in in box

I have this problem. How do i get these messages out and onto the person sent
to. I look at others with the same problem but did not find an answer.
Please help!

Which mail folder is the message stuck in?
Do you get an error message when you try to send? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
