Message Service Error

I receive this pop-up message every 5 minutes and to not
know what it is or how to correct it.

"Message from NTPAID to ADMINISTRATOR on 1/14/2004 9:45 AM"
"Fax for ADMINISTRATOR not viewed or printed"
 
I used to get that also in Windows 2000 Professional. Never did figure it out. I think it has something to do with Outlook.
