After dealing for months with unsolicited pornography, I decided to go to
tools and write rules to avoid this invasion.
On the tool bar of Outlook express I go to tools, message rules, mail,
followed message rule tab, NEW, NEW MAIL RULE TAB,SELECT CONDITION (where the
message body contains specific words), SELECT ACTION FOR THE RULE (delete it
from the server), RULE DESCRIPTION ( I will specify specific words common to
all pornographic messages), Then I will apply the rule.
The problem is that no matter what words I specify in the rule, messages
still get through the mail to the inbox folder so what am I doing wrong?, or
is this a flaw in XP.
Thus the rules I am applying, do not prevent unwanted messages from
appearing in the inbox folder
