Message Rules, searching text

I have a message rule set up to search both the subject line and body of an
incoming email for ...MAILBOX FULL or mailbox is full The rule doesn't
seem to be working correctly. I have emails still not moved to the correct
folder that definately have that text in the body of the message. Any ideas?
 
Do you have two criteria (specific words in subject and specific words in
body) or did you you use the single criteria (specific words in subject or
body)?

First I had specific words in subject or body, I then set up a different rule
of specific in body and ran it. The emails we not moved.
