Message rule?

I'm using Outlook 2000 SR1 and I'm wondering if it's even possible to create
this message rule?

If a message comes in from my boss and is unread for 10 min forward it to
another email address?

That's not possible to do in any version of Outlook.

I should be able to handle it in VB but thought before I write something I'd
see if the rules would work. THANKS
