message repeatating

Hi 4 all
I have outlook 2007 sometimes when i sending emails the emails received by
client repeated for one or to 2,3 and 4 times.
When i check my sent items i see the email is send just for one times
The problem happening with multi receiver.
So what's the problem?

This is a common issue caused by your virus scanner integrating with
Outlook. Disable this integration and try again.

i don't have any antivirus installed in the computer.
any other things ?
any way can you tell me more details about antivirus problem?
