message "page can not be display"?

i am able to go on the web but when i want to open my
homail.com or msn.com a page "page can not be
display"shows up: what can i do please help soon.
 
Are you using a pop up stopper/cookie blocker, or a firewall that's set to
block cookies, or have you disabled accepting cookies? Those sites need
cookies enabled.
