Message: Outlook failed to start correctly last time...."

I continually receive this message. However, I cannot
find anything that has been disabled. Once I close
Outlook I am not able to access it again without
restarting my computer. Has anyone else had this problem?
Welcome your feedback and a solution. Thanks in advance
to any responsers.
 
I have had this problem on several of my network
workstations and ended up uninstalling and installing the
software again. I've also had the icon dissappear from
both the desk top and 'All Programs' and had to add it
thru Office Shortcuts.

This doesn't address the 'why' but at least it will fix
it. Good Luck.
 
thanks--one more question....removing Office 2003 seems
like a big move--what happens to all my files and so forth
that I just moved from from one laptop using Office 2000
to the new one using Office 2003? I am not in the
geekisphere--actually suffer from geek-s-fear! Thanks in
advance....G
