Message: Not enough free memory to run program

After upgrading from Outlook 2003 with BCM to Outlook 2007 With BCM (both
SP1) I get the message "not enough free memory to run program". It also runs
extremely slow.

This is on A Windows XP SP2 machine with 1Gb of memory. Outlook grows to
250MB of memory (in Task Manager). If I remove the BCM data file then
Outlook runs without this message (still using 100Mb of memory).

Is it worth creating a new data base and copying the old data in ? Any
other ways to reduce the memory requirements ?

There were some messages in this newsgroup earlier this week about
reducing sql server's memory footprint. That may work.

Unfortunately I had already restricted SQL to 100Mb amd it did not ake any
difference. Still shocked that Outlook needs so much memory, I only have 20
or so contacts in BCM.
