I have a shared mdb in Access 2000 format which is currently being used by
about 20 users, some of whom have Access 2003 and some of whom have Access
2000. My problem is that the message 'Database needs to be repaired or isn't
a Db file' keeps appearing and stopping some of the users from getting in.
Today I got them all to log in one by one and everything seemed fine,
everybody got in. Then about an hour later, I tried to get in myself and sure
enough, there was the message again. It always repairs fine but I have to get
everybody out to repair it, which is a hassle. Does anybody have ideas what
might be causing this and what I might do to correct it?
