message in -in box is is locking-up my outlook

I got an :undeliverable Mail Message from the mail server" that seems to have
locked up my Outlook (2000)

I am running now from outlook express, but when I tried to inport my IN-Box
files it also Locked up this program.

How do I get rid of the file?

try startign Outlook with the /Safe commadn-line switch aand see if you can
delete that message.
