message i don't understand

I'm receiving a message when I start up and it continues
to pop up throughout whatever I'm doing, does anyone
understand this "C:\WINDOWS\System32
\btiein.dll,Download",please let me know how to fix
this....thanks

For .dll messages go to technet at microsoft.com,type:
.dll utility or .dll error
They have an on-line utility that will get youre answers
for you.

Believe I saw an earlier post that stated this was a virus/spyware
Presumably yr XP Firewall is enabled?
You have a current AV app?
Download and run Adaware
