Message Headers

I am unable to view full headers of my email messages in windows mail on
Vista 64bit Ultimate. Please advise...

The CTRL-F3 works on open messages, my menu view>fullheaders didn't ...
Thanks for teaching me there's a keyboard shortcut for it.
