convert outlook express data

I am switching operating system from xp to vista 64bit.
how can I load outlook express data to windows mail in vista? I have many
gigs of email and files.

Sorry did not explain too well. I am not upgranding the current machine to
different operating system. I bought a new machine with vista64, the old xp
machine is still running and they are connected via network. I just cannot
find the files for the windows vista mail to import from.

Sorry, the CSV format does not preserve the groups information.
I don't know any method that does.

If so, I cannot use this 64bit os... I have been trying to install some
softwares and hardwares on this 64bit machine, most of them are not
compatible. Now the mail does not migrate properly, mind as well go back to
xp...

Not sure, but the Windows Easy Transfer program may preserve
the groups information, but I don't know if it works going from
32-bit XP to 64-bit Vista.
