Hello all,
A co-worker and I are desperately trying to resolve a frustrating
issue.
Our business group requires us to use a specific signature, it's an
HTML signature and it only displays properly if Word is selected as
the default editor. Changing this signature is not an option according
to our overlords.
The problem is that when she has the proper configuration, with Word
as the default editor and HTML as the format, her font sizes increase
10 or 15 points.
I've attempted numerous resolutions, including:
1) Trying to adjust the font size in settings
2) Setting Outlook to automatically use "my fonts"
3) Ctrl + scrollwheel (changed all fonts, including the signature)
4) Removing and re-adding the signature
5) Removing erroneous font and div tags from the signature (don't tell
our overlords)
6) Replacing the normal.dot file
7) Building a new Outlook profile
None of these have worked, and I've googled my fingers to the bone.
Interestingly enough, when adding text (eg: Hello World) to the
signature, before the table that it uses, that new text does not show
up in the signature, but anything in the table does. That was by
editing it through Notepad. After opening it in word, the signature
was Fubar'ed and had to be installed again.
I am back to square one and am hoping some has at least another
suggestion, if not a solution.
Thanks
