Message doesnt exist in mail server and cant delete header from in

Somehow a message with attachment was sent three times and Outlook XP2000
downloaded the header three times but it was only in the mail server once.
It downloaded the message once but the other two headers cant be deleted and
wont download because the message isnt on the server. I want to be able to
get rid of the annoying headers in the inbox. I went to the mail server and
it doesnt have anything on it to download. HELP
 
I am experiencing the same problem. Using Outlook 2003. Tried setting it to
offline but headers cannot be deleted. This is frustrating.
