Message did not send

In outlook XP when you tried to send an email but the sent items box and
deleted box was full it would not let you send it and it was just say that
your email account is full.

In outlook 2003 the email goes out of your outbox however and email comes
back after about 5 minutes telling you that the email did not get sent. can
this be changed back to the way Outlook XP works
 
Only when you disable Cached Exchange mode.
