Message could be displayed

I have an email in my outbox that will not send, displays an error message:

Message could not be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.

Ram avg of 30% free
harddrive 80% free.

So I know there are no problems as per the message. I have tried to delete
it but when I an error message appears:

An unknown error has occurred.

Finally I have changed the default email account so now every time I try and
send a message it says the email account is not linked to the message which
is very annoying.

Any thoughts on removing the message.

Install this update:
Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
