Message Board opening place

Is there any way to set the message board to open at the bottom
of the list of old messages. I wan to avoid the need to scroll
down through a very long list of old messages, to read the
current crop of messages.

I would like to invert the message list such that the most recent
messages appear at the top of the list, but I've been told that
this is not possible

TBMK that is only an option when you initially set up the DW and can't be changed in a working DW

Thanks, Stefen. This being the case, I will look for other
solutions to the problem. Is there any way to archive old
messages to a different page on the web so BB visitors won't have
to scroll through them unless they are lookinf for a specific
older message?

All I want to do is clean the clutter up so it won't be so
cumbersome for anyone who wishes to post a new message, but isn't
specifically interested in the old threads that have been
inactive for a long time.

Maybe the only solution is to delete those old messges, but some
have indicated that they like to referr back to them from time to
time.

Another bit of thinking here...can I create and publish a second
discussion web and have both of them operational? If I could do
that I would make the bottom to top posting order selection and I
would limit the new DW to just those who have been given a
password or other means for screening the spoofers and trouble
makers from posting.

Then, if the new DW turns out well I could later delete the old
trouble maker DW and be rid of the associated problems. I suppose
it is possible to delete an existing DW without deleting them
all????

Any ideas or suggestions on this, anyone?
