Merging Checks

I have set up a custom Lable page that has 1 across 3 down (8-1/2 paper size)
lables. I set up a table in the first lable so my information would print
correctly on my checks. However, when I merged, only info for one check was
printed per page. So I copied the table to the remaining labels on the page
and used next record merge feature.

My problem now ... the merge is skipping every third record.

PLEASE HELP

You should only have a next record field at the start of the second and
third labels.

Thank you Graham. Prior to your post I also discovered that if I had next
record at the end of my first and second label that also corrected the
problem.

So it would, but that is not the normally accepted standard location for
such fields. The label merge would have placed the fields correctly.
