Look at Books Online for SQL CE or in a good reference book on SQL CE like
the one by Rob Tiffany. If you also have SQL Server, I recommend using
Enterprise Manager to set up the replication subscription for your MSDE
instance. If you don't have SQL Server, I'd suggest considering SQL Server
Developer Edition just for the tools.
