Background image on form

I have this error:

An unhandled exception of type 'System.NullReferenceException' occurred in
System.Drawing.dll

Why???

Well I've not installed ESP.DLL, so I don't know what code is causing the
exception, but my guess is that somewhere you're trying to use an class
instance that hasn't actually been created.
