Sure it is.
1. Right-click anywhere on the toolbar or menu area, and select Customize
from the context menu. The Customize dialog box is displayed.
2. Click New. The New Toolbar dialog is displayed.
3. Enter a name for your new CommandBar, and click OK. A new blank
CommandBar is created.
4. From the Customize dialog, select the Commands tab.
5. From the Commands pane, drag the "Custom" item onto your new CommandBar.
6. Right-click the button you just added, and enter a new caption for the
button in the Name field. Press <Enter>.
7. Right-click the button, and select Properties from the context menu. The
Control Properties dialog is displayed.
8. To have the button execute a function when clicked, enter the following
in the On Action field:
=MyFunctionName()
9. Click Close.
10. Scroll to the bottom of the Categories pane, and select New Menu. The
Commands pane displays a single entry, "New Menu".
11. Drag this item to your new CommandBar.
12. From the Categories pane, select All Forms. The Commands pane displays a
list of all the forms in your application.
13. Drag one of the forms onto the blank box that appears under the new menu
when you drag onto it.
14. Right-click the CommandBar button you just added, and enter a new
caption for the button in the Name field. Press <Enter>.
14. Select the Toolbars tab.
15. At the bottom of the Toolbars list, select the name of your new menu.
16. Click Properties. The Toolbar Properties dialog is displayed.
17. From the Type drop-down, select Menu Bar.
18. Click Close.
19. Click Close.
20. Drag the new menu bar to the menu area at the top of the screen. Test it
by clicking on the various buttons.
Create more menus in the same way.
