Menus and ribbons

I have about 60 Access 2003 applications written in house for all aspects of
managing my company. These are used by all staff as mde files who generally
have runtime Access 2003 installed. They all have customized menus with all
the standard menus disabled. The applications are very specific and the
staff are not Access literate and the standard menus are not required.
Is there any way I can upgrade to Access 12 and convert these menus to
ribbons and automatically show my menus and disable the standard ribbons
when the application is loaded.
Converting all these menus to ribbons manually is a mammoth exercise. There
must be many users who are in this position.

Menus and toolbars created in previous versions will still appear in Access
2007. They will appear on the Add-Ins tab of the ribbon if you allow default
menus. They will appear just as they did in previous versions if you do not
allow default menus.
