Menus everywhere

I'm got drop down menu everytime I click on anything. I have XP Pro with
everything.
I can not figure out how to get rid of them. Instead of double clicking on
and icon I get a
drop down menu. Please help.

This may sound silly, but go to control panel and look under the mouse
entry. Make sure it's not set for "left handed operation," which
switches the functions of the right and left mouse buttons.
