Menus disappeared

Can anyone help, mytwo websites have suddenly lost their
menus and shared borders. I have not touched them in
months and they worked fine before today. My host has no
idea

I have that happen ON OCCAISION....

don't know why, but if I delete the homepage on the remote site, THEN
publish via "overwrite ALL pages"... seems to clear it up.

I assume you have a local copy, so just publish that to the Server.

I have had that happen before, usually the source is a
disk based web, and the destination is a server based web.
Recalculating the web site on the remote server based web
usually works for me.
