Menu command to send a message in OL2003???

For some reason my standard toolbar does not contain the Send button
so I was looking for an alternate way to send a composed message.

But I could not find a menu command that duplicates the button Send
action. :-(
Is there any other way to send a message out than clicking the Send
button (which has disappeared for me)???
If so how is it done?

And how can I get my Send button back? I do have the "Standard"
toolbar checked in the View/Toolbar list.....

Is your mail account installed and active? Have you tried resetting the
toolbar to the standard configuration? (right click, customize, reset)
